Web Design and Development:
Q: How long does it take to create a web site?
A: Everything depends on what kind of web site you want. Also The most part depends on Web Programming. If you order a big 
project (Web Site Design, Programming) then Web Site Design will be created faster that Programming, because it takes a while 
to write all the coding and test everything to work.

Q: What is included into a Regular Web Site Design?
A: By ordering a Regular Web Site Design you get the following:
- 5 page Web Site
- 1 month Technical Support for Free
- Logotype
- 1 (468*60 size Banner)

Q: How much will cost an additional page?
A: Each additional page cost 25$. If you need up to 10 additional pages, then we will give you discount and each additional page will cost you 10$.

Q: I already have a logotype. How much will it cost to create a Web Site Design without logotype?
A: If you already have a logotype then we will give you a discount of 5$. The discount is small because our Web Designers 
still have to work our your logotype to plant it in the future design.

Q: I already have a web site and I need to add a few pages to it. How much will it cost?
A: It will cost you 35$ per page.

Q: Do you sell any PreMaid Templates?
A: Yes we do! You can look at all our PreMaid templates and prices here.

Web Hosting and Domain Names:
Q: Do you provide Privacy Web Hosting?
A: Yes we do! If you would like to register an anonimous web hosting please click here, then choose a plan and from the drop down menu choose *Anonimous Hosting*.

Q: What if I did not find the right price for myself?
A: If you did not find the right plan for the right price then please contact us, describe what you want and we will work on 
your order individually.

Q: Do you register Domain Names?
A: Yes we do! We register Domain Names for only 9.99$ per year.

Q: I already have registered Domain Name. Can I transfer it to you?
A: Yes! After you order a Web Hosting, please change your domain NameServers to ours:
ns1.host-by-gold.com
ns2.host-by-gold.com

Q: After I register a Domain Name, who does it belong to?
A: A registered Domain Name belongs only to you. If you provided us with the wrong personal information during Domain 
Registration then you might have future problems with the Domain Names's ownership.

Q: How can I avoid any problems with my Domain Name's ownership?
A: All you have to do is provide the correct Personal Information during Domain Name registration.

Payment Information:
Q: How can I pay for your services?
A: You can pay using PayPal, Egold, WebMoney, Money Order, WesternUnion, MoneyGram.

Q: What if I did not pay for Web Hosting in time?
A: If you do not pay for Web Hosting in time then we will suspend your account for 10 days. If you do not pay within suspension period then we will delete your account without any back ups.

Q: How can I get my account UnSuspended?
A: All you need to do is to pay for our services during the suspencion time. Once we get your payment we will UnSuspend your 
account in minutes.
